What this is

Business Traffic is an online service with advertising and promotion tools. Taking part in its partner program is SIMPLY PARTICIPATION: not a deposit, not an investment, not a loan, not gambling and not a lottery. We are not a bank, a broker or a fund manager, and we provide no financial services.

A license is the right to take part in the partner program at your level. It is not a security, a share in a business or a deposit, and it cannot be presented for buy-back.

The license fee is a fee for participation and access to the service’s tools. You pay it voluntarily. Access is granted right after payment, so the service is deemed rendered the moment you receive the license. Refunds — only where the law directly requires them.

You can lose the money — all of it

There is no guaranteed income or refund: not a part, not the whole amount, not ever. Put in only money you are ready to lose.

Partner program rewards are paid only from other participants’ payments and only under the rules published on the site. Their size depends on how many people take the cells under your license. That depends neither on us nor on you: we cannot bring anyone in and do not promise to.

We ran the program with a thousand participants and say it plainly: of those who paid, ROUGHLY THREE QUARTERS got nothing. About 14 people in a hundred got back more than they put in. This is not a “maybe” — it is how the program is built: four pay, one receives.

Do not put in money you need. Do not borrow. Do not pledge your property.

What the “million” is in the program

The amount at the top is EVERYTHING that passed through a participant over twenty licenses, and almost all of it is new licenses, not cash in hand. What comes from the top as money is roughly one thousandth of that amount.

A license at the top obtained anew brings nothing by itself: for it to close, four more people have to take the cells under it and pay.

What the administration is responsible for, and what it is not

The administration is responsible for the service working under the published rules, for the money being counted correctly, and for what you have earned being paid out at your request in the way described on the site.

The administration is NOT responsible for: your result and lost profit; the actions and decisions of other participants; whether you bring anyone in or not; failures of payment systems, blockchain networks, Telegram and other third-party services; the consequences of decisions by state authorities.

Your money is not insured. No state guarantees or reimburses it.

The administration may change the program rules and prices, and suspend or end the program, including at the demand of state authorities. We announce changes on the site. By continuing to use the service, you accept the new rules.

If the administration is nevertheless held liable, its liability is limited to the amount you put into the service over the last 30 days.

Who may take part

Adults only. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for whether the laws of your country allow you to take part like this, and for paying taxes on what you receive.

One person — one account. The administration may close an account for fraud, artificial boosting, several accounts for one person and other breaches of the rules. Rewards obtained through a breach are cancelled.

Disputes

We settle disputes first by correspondence: write to support in the bot, and we will reply.

Honestly about the limits of this agreement

This agreement does not cancel what the law establishes. If the law gives you rights that are not here, the law applies, not this text.

We wrote it not to hide behind wording, but so that you decide knowing everything we know.
